Mur Murs (1981), will always be my ultimate comfort watch. I used to pass by this mural every single day in LA and I can't think about it without hearing AND seeing this image in my head. RIP Agnès Varda.

Returning to Corbijn's 2007 film "CONTROL." What could have been another by-the-numbers music biopic is elevated by a lack of a need to impress or "entertain" its audience. It's a heartbreaking film detailing the life of Ian Curtis of Joy Division told in the only way it should
