Building @SubScript_onarc (now live for public testing) with @circle Developer-Controlled Wallets.
As we approach @arc mainnet, I need mainnet API keys for Circle wallets, and I’m currently blocked by the billing/payment wall.
For many builders in Nigeria (and similar markets), cross-border card payments remain a real friction point:
• Local cards → low cost, ~50% success rate
• Virtual dollar cards → higher cost, ~75% success rate + fees on failed transactions
This isn’t a dependable foundation for products that need to scale.
@arc is being built to solve exactly these cross-border payment issues. We already have a working product live on Arc that supports Pay-As-You-Go, subscriptions, and one-time payments in USDC.
Demo of the PAYG flow: x.com/SubScript_onar…
SubScript is designed for these exact scenarios; easy onboarding, $USDC on Arc, and the ability to include other users without sharing card details or login credentials.
Product: subscriptonarc.com
Try PAYG: kris-script.vercel.app
Happy to walk anyone through the product.

The traditional payment method for a Pay as you go (PAYG) service currently is unreasonably bad for merchant and is also not user friendly.
Here's how to create your Commit ID that you can use and share with friends without giving any sensitive information (in less than 10 minutes)
- Create a SubScript User account.
- Head over to the platform that you want to pay for a service and get the Merchant ID (This will be provided by the platform).
- Head over to the "Vaults & Commit" page in your SubScript User dashboard.
- Commit USDC (Min $2) to the merchant service (input the merchant ID provided by the platform).
- Copy the commit ID and paste it in the platform provided area.
BONUS: Commit ID is sharable to friends and is fully manageable by the primary user.
Have you ever had to send pictures of your debit card to a friend because they wanted to pay for something online but didn't have a card? Or had to share your login details with someone because they had a card and you didn't?
Have you ever tried paying online with your Naira
Have you ever had to send pictures of your debit card to a friend because they wanted to pay for something online but didn't have a card? Or had to share your login details with someone because they had a card and you didn't?
Have you ever tried paying online with your Naira card and it failed? Or bought a dollar card from a vendor, only for the payment to fail again while still getting charged?
As a service provider, have you ever delivered a service only to discover that your customer's card had no funds and they effectively got your service for free?
As a merchant, have you ever been uncomfortable receiving payments on-chain because your balances and transactions are visible to everyone?
Have you ever tried cancelling a subscription and suddenly the cancel button became impossible to find?
THERE'S A SOLUTION TO ALL OF THESE.
- SubScript's Pay-For-Me feature: Any user can pay for anyone without needing any sensitive information or giving out sensitive information since everything is done and can be confirmed onchain.
- SubScript uses $USDC on @arc so it's accessible and acceptable to everyone you get No foreign card restrictions or bank-imposed card declines. Payments happen directly with USDC on Arc.
- SubScript's Commit feature: SubScript enforces user locks up to the minimum amount provided by the merchant in order to use the service provided by the merchant.
- SubScript + Arc's Opt-In Privacy: Businesses can choose when to use privacy and when to remain fully transparent.
- With SubScript cancellation of subscription is in the user's hands, it's easier to allow and revoke USDC allowance from a merchant.
- Gas fees can be sponsored (users don't need to worry about it).
- Works for both Web2 users (email/Google onboarding to wallet) and Web3 natives.
NB: These features are for platforms that have SubScript integrated as a payment method.
Use @SubScript_onarc, it's on @arc gArc 💙
