@cityoftoronto @oliviachow why is it that I was woken up by a snow removal crew at 4am when 1. There was no snow to remove on either the roads or sidewalk and 2. It’s going to be 5 degrees today? When there’s snow, no one shows up but the snow has already melted, they’re here.

@canadaposthelps can you get your delivery people better POS terminals for duty transactions. I just wasted 10 minutes processing transactions that were declined but there are 3 pending transactions on my credit card and I now have to go to my local office to pick up my packages!

@Apple @beatsbydre I’ve had my Beats Fit Pro earbuds for over a year. Use them everyday. In December I notice that one of the wingtips is tearing. Looks like a design flaw but I’m made to feel like I caused the physical damage and should fork out over $100 to replace?! Crazy!

@cityoftoronto @johntory does anyone care abt the men & women who collect our garbage? We’re almost 10 days out from the storm and it’s impossible to put bins in a place where collectors can use their equipment. Maybe Lastman wasn’t crazy for calling in the army?!

@scotiabankHelps @scotiabank your new 2 Step Verification process needs work. I’m in an endless cycle of “Open you app and click Yes it’s Me” but I don’t receive the “Yes it’s Me” notification. So I turn off the feature and then I’m told I need to activate it. Seriously, fix this

@cityoftoronto the intersection of Lansdowne and Dupont is one of the worst in the city. The advance left turn arrow allowing travelling westbound cars to head south should be active 24 hours a day. It took 4 cycles to get through that intersection on a Saturday afternoon.

@ONgov how do you download vaccine inoculation to pharmacies who are not fully equipped to handle the incoming calls?!? Between getting on a waiting list and walk-ins, it’s like the Hunger Games out here. Another one for the failure column.
