i mean this respectfully, but i think it’s important to exercise a bit of caution here. who is this supposedly “fact-based, non-rumor-mongering” cn girlie? what actual access do they have to verified information? even assuming they are acting in complete good faith and sharing accurate information, they are still ultimately an outsider to internal discussions unless they have direct, verifiable involvement. the reality is that none of us truly know what is happening behind the scenes with infold. we don’t know what conversations are taking place internally, whether steps are being taken, or what constraints the company may or may not be facing. we don’t have factual evidence that nothing is being done, or what they’re doing exactly either. personally, i think our best approach is to remain mindful and understanding of that uncertainty of what they might be facing, while also continue to hold infold accountable, keep up the boycott and advocate for valko’s return and how his character is good, both by itself and for the game. because i think it’s important to stay focused on the area where we can realistically make a difference: our relationship with infold as players and customers. what is the “issue at hand” you speak of? because once we move beyond that and start trying to tackle issues that go far outside our knowledge, influence, or legal ability to affect, we risk venturing into territory where we simply don’t have enough information or power to meaningfully change the outcome, or we might risk making things even more difficult. so, personally, i think the most constructive path forward is to stay calm, keep advocating responsibly, and keep our efforts focused. i also want to gently add something else: i don’t think there are really any “leaders” here. we’re all just players trying to make a coordinated effort because we care about the same character and share the same goal. some people may naturally take on organizational roles: suggesting hashtags, or helping keep the community active during the boycott, and those contributions are extremely valuable. but i don’t think any one person should be treated as the unquestionable leader/s of this movement or as an authority whose words should automatically guide everyone else’s actions. this situation is complicated, and we have to tread very carefully. none of us have complete information, insider knowledge, or a full understanding of all the factors at play. that’s precisely why i think it’s important that we continue to discuss ideas openly, think critically, and approach strategies thoughtfully rather than following a person or group unquestioningly. #BringValkoBack #BringBackValko #SaveValko #JusticeForValko #KeepValkoAlive #ValkoIsLoved #Valko #敖尹

Don't listen to or share every thread or screenshot you see! We need to maintain focus on the *character* of Valko, his positive impact to change public opinion, and put pressure on Infold by making it clear to them we only have financial incentive to ever support them again if he is debuted as originally intended. Some of these battles aren't ours to fight, and only distract us, divide us, and overwhelm us by pulling us back and forth and apart. Some are losing the plot and focus and overstepping way too much, and risk making this even worse. We don't need to do more than what we've been doing this past week, which are amazing things. I spoke about this on my space today, and have my thread pinned, but what really matters is: 1.) Speak positively about Valko and his qualities and keep our hashtags trending 2.) Clarify that Valko is positive cultural export from China. We want to maintain trust and connection with Chinese games and media, but his cancelation would irreversably damage that, and we do NOT want that either. His global appeal opens the door to introduce more players to Chinese culture. 3.) Keep applying pressure to Infold by tagging them, using their hashtags, leaving feedback with customer support, and emailing them. Clarify that moving forward with his cancelation and assets threatens the point #2 above. Also keep boycotting and let them know that you are saving your funds for Valko's debut, with no alterations to him and his story. If they move forward with his cancelation, you will no longer have financial incentive to spend on their games ever again. *Bonus: You can create an XHS and Weibo account to post and reply to give our CN sisters support, because they are fighting for Valko too. Do not EVER criticize or speak negatively on CN social media sites, do not engage with toxic comments at all. ❌ Do not blame or negatively frame anything on the CN side, our battle is here, our focus should only be on Valko, we do not fight their battles over there. We will just give them ammunition and reason to view Valko as the cause of all these troubles and we would never get him back. TLDR: We need to maintain focus on Valko, just Valko. We can stress his positive impact, and that he is a bridge to strengthen connection with China due to his global appeal and adoration. We continue keeping his positive hashtags trending. We still apply pressure to Infold and make clear we withhold any further financial support, but will eagerly invest upon his debut with all his original assets. Don't lose our focus on the point, which is Valko, don't believe rumors and screenshots no matter how plausable they seem, and do not overstep to make things worse. It's unnecessary, overwhelming, confusing, risks making our chances far worse, and weakens our movement by dividing and scattering us. We need to organize, focus, and work together.

Latest data: the increase was expected because of the WIW multi rerun. But compared to Rafayel's last rerun before Valko's cancellation (~500k), these numbers are still far behind. Keep the boycott going. Let's hit Infold where they'll notice : their revenue.

I don't know if I clarified it enough, but we DO still need to put pressure on Infold. We need to make it very clear that we are no longer spending ANYTHING on their games until Valko is released, and we are instead saving our funds to financially support his debut. Money talks, and they are a company. While we shouldn't accidentally get them targeted as well with accusatory or combatitive complaints right now (this can give public opinion the ammunition to justify never bringing him back), we still need to boycott Infold financially with the incentive we will only continue support with his release and assets as originally planned and intended. We are not defending them, coddling them, or engaging in free promotion. If they choose not to release Valko and his assets as originally planned, they will lose a devastating amount of their playerbase and the support of paying consumers FOR GOOD. A tremendous amount of Global AND CN players will never spend a cent of the funds we normally allocate to their games and invest in them ever again. Global player trust in Chinese games and media would also be irrevocably broken by his cancelation, and global players do NOT want that trust, investment, and connection to be broken. We want to maintain this connection. Considering that Infold appears to respond most strongly to toxic pressure from some CN players, I am not sure what the best strategy is for saving Valko. But I do know this: if everyone shifts their attention toward defending Infold, we may lose Valko completely.(13/14)
