@Primark @loveanidiot2345 Typical template response, I’ve just received the exact same reply. Not personal, obviously not read the tweet and taking into account gifts for Xmas. Service has really gone downhill. Maybe since their COO left to go onto bigger and better things 🤔

@Primark @vickywicky82 It’s a joke, I queued up for half an hour to exchange some pjs my Nanna had bought me for a bigger size and was told there was nothing I could do without a receipt. These were a gift but they didn’t care. Ridiculous policy. My Nanna is now out of pocket because of this 😡

@Primark But still have the labels on so can clearly see they are from Primark and haven’t been used. I think this level of customer service is ridiculous, especially at Christmas. You don’t get this sort of service from @Debenhams or @nextofficial

@Primark why can I not exchange some pjs that my Nanna got me for Xmas in the wrong size without the receipt? I don’t live near my Nanna so can’t obtain the receipt but they were a gift and I just need to change the size but I can’t. Customer service is shocking 😡

@Primark I’ve clearly stated I can’t obtain the receipt as my Nanna does not live locally to me. I have exchanged things in the past without the receipt with no hassle at all. You would think you would make an exception at Xmas when people are receiving gifts so won’t have the receipt...
