Couldn’t agree more. The industry spent years trying to buy loyalty with promotions. We believe the next winners will earn it through product differentiation, transparency, ownership, and consistently delivering a great player experience. This is exactly the problem with the current online casino ecosystem. The entire industry became an unsustainable rewards arms race where retention is driven by who can burn the most money the fastest. Bigger bonuses. Bigger lossback. Bigger races. Bigger promises. And eventually everyone loses: * casinos destroy margins * creators overpromise * players become conditioned to expect unrealistic rewards forever The future of iGaming isn’t “who can give away the most.” It’s creating actual entertainment, stronger communities, and aligning the platform with the players long term. That’s a big part of what we’re building with @Swoobz_official. Players should feel like participants in the ecosystem, not just temporary liquidity for the next promo campaign.
