Congrats to @BenshawInc for a successful startup on a MV VFD at Forest Park Water. Benshaw provided a MV VFD with synchronous transfer to start 4 - 2250 HP synchronous motors. Special thanks to Kevin, Arthur and Walt to make this happen!

@SwitchgearSol just provided a new #ParkDetroit relay cabinet for a water treatment plant in NJ. The relays were set by Switchgear Solutions and will integrate into 1 new @BenshawInc starter as well as two existing starters.

@SwitchgearSol just completed the installation, setting and testing of 2 @SEL_News relays to protect existing motors on Reduced Voltage Starters at a quarry in Eastern PA. The old relays were removed and the new relays were integrated into the existing control circuit

@SwitchgearSol just retrofitted (2) existing VFD's in Siemens MCC buckets at a chemical facility in Midland MI. SSL worked with @BenshawInc to design panel, and jointly retrofitted the existing MCC - providing commissioning and install services. Thanks to all involved

We recently shipped (2) 10MVA, 138kV/12.47kV #transformers from @VT_GTXfmr & a #factorybuiltsubstation (FBS) from #DISTRANPackagedSubstations for #WVWA. FBS helps reduce installation cost and time by shifting risk away from the field and into a controlled factory setting.

@SwitchgearSol just visited a water plant in Wilmington to review relay settings with Willier Electric. SSL provided the main switchgear, generator connection box and @Benshaw RVSS along with the power study and relay settings. Great job by Willier on the installation!

@SwitchgearSol retrofitted a Pringle switch along with BJ Baldwin. The switch was replaced with a custom motor operated switch by Park Detroit to match existing size along with a remote operator provided by Remote Solutions to safely operate the breaker from 50 feet away.

@SwitchgearSol recently visited its partner Mirus Int. to witness its passive harmonic filter specifically designed for permanent magnet motors and EC fans. The filters are designed to meet IEEE 519 and avoid the potential resonance issues that can happen on EC fans. #li

@SwitchgearSol provided a 69kV substation to a local steel mill in PA. We were was onsite to witness the assembly of this substation designed and built by Dis-Tran Packaged Substations. This factory built solution allowed assembly in two days in lieu of several weeks.

We just shipped (2) #transformers for @Princeton. These transformers were custom designed to fit on an existing pad & include load tap changers on the secondary. They are being stored onsite for installation later this year.

Please see a recent retrofit of a Benshaw SG Series VFD with a new diode rectifier on an existing 18 pulse system. Benshaw and SSL worked with New Castle County and used the existing 18 pulse transformer in the cabinet
