My feet are aching but @PodTalesFest was SO WORTH IT. It was a blast to speak to so many people with ideas about new approaches to the medium (@Synesthesia_Pod BLOWS MY MIND) and I absolutely had several massive fangirl moments. I have SO MANY SHOWS to download.

@landsharkfox Those are good tools! I use earplugs as well which are total life savers. Focusing on white noise is something I'm still working on, though I find focusing on my own voice (even if I'm just humming to myself) helps.

@PodTalesFest I have a few shows up my sleeve! @dininginthevoid is a space mystery about 6 folks who get locked in a space station and have to figure out who among them trapped them there! @HumanErrorPod & @Synesthesia_Pod are two other stories that won't be out until next year 😅

@landsharkfox Hi Luca! Oh gosh I feel that so much!! When I went to pride I made sure to have my earplugs with me so I didn't get overstimulated. When I'm going groshery shopping I usually play music to help. What are some ways you balance yourself when music and headphones aren't avalable?
