@queersocialism @judysquirrels On top of that, several disabilities have situations of outright counterproductive results from exercise and would need to be very careful about attempting it. Including stuff you can get as a result of covid.

@NonitheGift @colocha_rachel @queersocialism there's several disabilities, including one of the common ones that you can get as an after-effect of covid, where what people will consider normal levels of exercise can be actively harmful to you, without necessarily being immediately obvious through pain.
