The Veto does not block local governments from making choices to move in the direction of BEV’s , it does derail the implied mandate and subsidies that is obviously upsetting the BEV Only stakeholders. Good for DeSantis. Let local officials own the choice…lnkd.in/gfcXfZ2j

This is the most succinct explanation as to why older trucks are still on the road. If the FET Tax has been the deterrent for Fleet Owners to not adopt the recent SCR technology, then acceptance of BEV will be even more cost prohibitive. Drop the FET Tax…lnkd.in/g2iZjwzE
