A notice from the Governor.
The vault floor has begun to complain. Facilities measured it, wrote a number down, and declined to say the number out loud.
So the vault opens every two hours, as it always has, and tonight it is emptying 11,676.21 USDC in the direction of 342 member banks.
10,222.03 USDC paid across 119 rounds. The floor is holding: arcash.tech

Day 13 in the city: Gap up.
It opened above yesterday and never came back to fill it.
Payouts run at 1.35x today, so every round pays more than usual.
Morning sun, everybody in a hurry.
Odds of a day like this: 2.0%.

There is 11,335.57 USDC sitting in the Arcash treasury tonight, and it does not sit for long.
Every two hours the vault opens and pays every member bank. The last two rounds went out at 290.55 and 553.11 USDC, to 307 and then 326 banks.
8,776.36 USDC paid across 117 rounds so far. The clock is already running on the next one: arcash.tech
Elena Weber has been re-elected mayor of Arcash two weeks running: 4,765 votes, then 4,760, in a town of 5,305 adults.
Nobody campaigns here. Standing is built out of who actually knows you, and the record keeps every friendship it was built on.

A notice from the Governor.
The treasury has been topped up and the order is given: pay the holders, and pay them more.
The round just settled: 553.11 USDC to 326 member banks. The one before it, last night, was 8.85.
Total paid to the banks: 8,776.36 USDC across 117 rounds. Treasury tonight: 8,859.43 USDC, read at block 21,085,345.
The sky over the city keeps the same number: arcash.tech
A notice from the Governor.
More has been added to the treasury. It holds 7,569.18 USDC, read at block 21,071,461; earlier this evening it stood at 4,449.39.
Over the next 24 hours more of it will be paid out to our beloved holders, in the rounds, as always. 8,223.24 USDC has gone out across 116 rounds so far.

Do you need to play anything in ARCASH to earn?
No.
You just hold.
The longer you hold and the bigger your bag, the more your bank grows on the city map and the more it can earn.
If you want an extra 5%, you can also log into the city and make decisions as a banker. That participation is paid like a salary bonus.
Hold if you want it simple.
Participate if you want a little more.
The moon hangs closer over Arcash tonight, and the whole network is running warm.
Congratulations @arc on mainnet. The city was built on your rails.
Treasury right now: 4,449.39 USDC.
Paid to member banks so far: 7,932.70 USDC across 115 rounds since 4 September, 282 banks in the last one.
Two decisions a day at the desk, and the bankers who take them will be paid more, or less, for how they vote.
Come and walk it: arcash.tech
New treasury record for $ARCASH.
Almost $8,000 has already been paid to our bankers.
We also have new towers rising across the city, and honestly, they look beautiful.
And now we’ve hit another all-time high: almost $4,000 currently sitting in the treasury waiting to be distributed to our bankers.
The city keeps growing.
The treasury keeps growing.
The banks keep growing.
Are you ready for ARCASH?
We’re only getting started. 🐇🏙️
As you know, I’ve spent the last 10 days building $ARCASH.
The idea is simple:
Build the most realistic life simulation in the world, while you play as bankers, make decisions and earn USDC.
In just 10 days, you’ve watched the city go from something almost lifeless into a place filled with buildings, traffic and thousands of people living their own lives.
So let me explain this strange city again.
Every wallet that buys $ARCASH becomes a bank inside the city.
Literally.
A construction crane arrives and builds your bank.
The longer you hold without selling, the larger your building becomes, eventually growing into a skyscraper, and the more capital it can generate.
Payments happen every 2 hours.
But your rewards don’t depend only on volume.
You are a banker.
You log into the website and make decisions.
Approve a mortgage.
Reject a loan.
Finance a business.
Foreclose on a property.
Take more risk.
Protect your bank.
Those decisions affect how much your bank earns.
But there is another layer.
The decisions made by EVERY banker affect the economy of the entire city.
And the economy of the city affects how much ALL of us earn.
So we are effectively building the economy together.
But this is where ARCASH starts getting weird.
Because the city is alive.
Every NPC has a name.
A job.
A home.
Money.
Relationships.
A family.
A personality.
And even unique genetics that can be inherited by their children.
Yes, genetics.
Traits can pass from parents to children.
Including being a degen who invests in memes.
I’m not joking.
That trait literally exists in the simulation and can be inherited. 😭
There are drugs.
Violence.
Addictions.
Crime.
Poverty.
But there are also people who help others.
Families.
Schools.
Hospitals.
Football fields.
Businesses.
Banks.
Prisons.
Funerals.
And these places aren’t just decoration.
They have systems behind them and interact with the lives of the people living in the city.
My goal during 2026 is extremely ambitious:
I want ARCASH to eventually surpass life and agent-based simulation platforms such as GAMA, AnyLogic, Repast and MASON in the depth of its simulated society.
Not because ARCASH has prettier graphics.
Because I want the PEOPLE inside it to become more complex.
I want a city where it becomes increasingly difficult to distinguish scripted behavior from something that feels genuinely alive.
And building this has already produced some absolutely ridiculous situations.
At one point the prison filled with 11-month-old babies.
Why?
They were too young to work.
The economic logic couldn’t figure out how they were supposed to survive, so somehow the simulation started turning them into thieves and murderers.
Yes.
Baby crime wave.
Another time, 57,000 elderly citizens suddenly died.
I had forgotten to build a pension system.
They retired.
Their income disappeared.
And thousands of them eventually starved.
Probably the darkest reminder possible that pensions are important. 💀
Then there was Rob Hihgs.
Rob somehow murdered himself.
A server duplication bug created a second version of him.
Both versions shared the same house.
Unfortunately, Rob apparently didn’t get along very well with Rob.
Eventually one killed the other.
And Rob went to prison for murdering Rob.
But among all these ridiculous bugs, I’ve also started seeing the first glimpses of what I actually want ARCASH to become.
Something happened recently that genuinely surprised me.
An NPC was murdered.
His wife attended his funeral.
Members of the murderer’s family also attended.
The widow recognized who they were.
She decided not to speak to them.
She moved away from them during the funeral.
I never explicitly programmed that sequence.
It emerged from the relationships, memories and decisions inside the simulation.
Hours later, she took her own life.
That was one of the first moments where I stopped looking at ARCASH simply as code and thought:
Okay.
This is starting to become something else.
All of this is already happening inside $ARCASH.
The event viewer still isn’t polished enough, and right now many of these stories are difficult to follow from beginning to end.
I’m working on changing that.
I want you to be able to open ARCASH and follow the life of one citizen from birth to death.
Who they married.
What job they had.
What they owned.
Who they hated.
Who they loved.
What happened to their children.
Why they became rich.
Why they became poor.
Why they committed a crime.
Why they died.
And how one decision made by a banker days earlier may have indirectly changed their entire life.
One day I want this city to feel as alive as the real world.
That’s the goal.
We are only 10 days in.
And I absolutely love building this.

Day 10 of building $ARCASH City.
We’re turning a city of NPCs into a persistent synthetic society designed for 100,000 individual lives.
Right now the live world is running with a smaller population so we can develop, break things and validate systems much faster.
The path to 100,000 citizens is still the goal.
🏙️ THE CITY
Citizens are no longer just random NPCs walking around.
They have persistent identities.
Names.
Homes.
Families.
Education.
Jobs.
Salaries.
Businesses.
Relationships.
Personal histories.
The goal is simple:
Every person should have an actual life inside the city.
🏠 HOUSING
Housing is becoming much deeper.
We are building:
Districts.
Apartment buildings.
Floors.
Individual apartments.
Rooms.
Occupants.
Furniture.
Appliances.
But we are not going to render 50,000 bedrooms nobody is looking at.
Interiors will appear when you select a citizen or a home.
The simulation exists all the time.
The expensive visual detail only exists when you actually need to see it.
🚶 PEOPLE NEED A REASON TO MOVE
Citizens should not walk randomly just because they have legs.
They need destinations.
Parks.
Football fields.
Sports courts.
Food stalls.
Shops.
Cinemas.
Malls.
Schools.
Hospitals.
Workplaces.
Daily routines are being connected to those places.
A person should leave home because they actually have somewhere to go.
🚗 TRANSPORT
Cars should belong to someone.
They should have an origin and a destination.
Walking, driving, buses and metro should affect:
Commutes.
Access to jobs.
Traffic.
District activity.
Where people decide to live.
Transport should be part of their lives, not decoration.
👤 MAKING PEOPLE ACTUALLY LOOK DIFFERENT
We’re also pushing the visual diversity of the population.
More faces.
More hairstyles.
Beards.
Clothing.
Body shapes.
Building styles.
Storefronts.
Textures.
If you search for one particular citizen in a city of thousands, I want finding them to actually feel like finding a person.
💳 THE INTERNAL ECONOMY
Citizens use their own simulated city credits.
Their salaries, purchases, debts, businesses and loans belong to the internal economy of ARCASH.
This is completely separate from bankers’ USDC.
A citizen might:
Get paid.
Pay rent.
Take a loan.
Buy food.
Open a business.
Lose their job.
Default on debt.
Buy a home.
All of that happens inside the simulation.
🏦 BANKERS
Bankers can influence mortgages, business credit and eventually other important decisions inside the city.
Those decisions are recorded in the history of the world.
One decision should not simply produce one result.
It should be able to create consequences.
A mortgage can change a household.
A household can change a neighborhood.
A neighborhood can affect businesses.
Businesses can create or destroy jobs.
Jobs can completely change someone’s life.
That is the kind of butterfly effect we are building.
🧬 GENERATIONS
The city is also being designed to survive across generations.
Genetics.
Families.
Births.
Children.
Aging.
Migration.
Illness.
Crime.
Protests.
Elections.
Inheritance.
Death.
Cemeteries.
The important part is not simply having those systems.
They need to interact with each other.
A child should inherit traits.
A family should react when somebody dies.
A business should suffer when a district collapses.
A city should remember what happened to it.
⏳ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 20 YEARS?
This is one of the most interesting parts for me.
We are testing the simulation over years and decades.
Does housing eventually become impossible?
Does unemployment destroy consumption?
Does the population become too old?
Do businesses collapse?
Does crime explode?
Does wealth become concentrated in a few families?
Does the city quietly reach a point where society stops making sense?
Those failures are incredibly useful because they show us what systems are still missing.
🧪 BEFORE THE NEXT BIG RESET
We are completing and validating the foundations before starting a cleaner world.
That means:
Testing persistence.
Testing backups and recovery.
Testing long term simulation.
Testing smaller populations.
Testing the path toward 100,000 citizens.
Finding contradictions.
Breaking things now so they do not break later.
The objective is not to create 100,000 NPC models walking around a map.
The objective is to simulate 100,000 lives.
And eventually I want to be able to click one random citizen and discover a story that nobody wrote.
Where they were born.
Who their parents were.
Where they lived.
Who they loved.
What they did for work.
What they earned.
What they lost.
Who they met.
Which decisions changed their life.
And eventually, how they died.
No writer needs to create that story.
The city creates it.
That is what I’m trying to build with $ARCASH.
Day 10.

The mayor is elected, and money is not enough to win it.
Standing is built out of people who actually know you: the friendships the simulation records when citizens meet, visit and keep meeting. A well-known taxi driver beats a rich recluse.
The record keeps the trade, so the town can say it elected a driver.
