@ARunnersResolve I dread treadmill days but I’ve found the miles go by faster if I alternate hard/moderate/easy intervals by time or distance. Switching up the pace forces me to focus and that enables me to go much further w/out getting bored.

@EmergingTrail I’ve run R2R2R and I’m in awe of what the guy has accomplished already. My daughter was in the running news briefly and 90% of the LR community was knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. There were definitely some trolls though. Not easy to tune that out.

Well put. Seems like common sense. She had to pass thousands of runners at Houston during her race and her time is legitimate. In this case gun time is meaningless. The idea is to put the fastest marathoners on the line in ATL. Right?
