The 2026 analysis found that current rates are projected to be sufficient to cover expected losses and expenses. The Committee's recommendation will be presented to the Board for consideration at its August meeting.
📊By August 15 each year, TWIA is required to submit a rate filing to the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). Next week, TWIA's Actuarial & Underwriting Committee will review the 2026 rate adequacy analysis and consider a rate recommendation for the Board of Directors.⬇️
