@FitKiwi It gives me great comfort to know I’m not alone. I have to manage my depression/anxiety daily. Staying busy is a gift to me. I battle with negative self talk so I listen to self help books a LOT. When I can’t cope I call a friend who struggles the same. Empathy is so helpful.

Anti vaxxers with balloons and protest signs on their cars honking horns near my house. I’m all for conspiracy theories and freedom of choice. But can you just turn it down a big please I’m trying to book my holiday for when the borders open up for the vaxxed.

@feministabulous I go for a run. No really. I used to wake up with anxiety but if I went for a run it would normalise my breathing, burn off the excess energy and flood me with endorphins.

@carolespeirs @Indiratweets I made the final cut for casting in Cousins. Final decision - I was too young. I’m happy with that! But I can’t wait to see my friends turn this story into pictures.

Son is second year at high school and started giving me the feeling I needed to pull back and give him some independence. Except he wants me to count his 500 shots twice a day 6.30am and 6.30pm cos it’s not so lonely when I’m there.

It’s been a long time between tweets but earlier tonight my son’s team lost their basketball finals so he came home, licked his wounds and shot 500 baskets while I counted. At the last shot I did a Mexican wave.
