When I taught in primary it was a real community and I used to bump into loads of parents & community members. We also used to frequent other local institutions after school!

@thosethatcan I feel your pain! I haven’t slept well in 5 years. Changing my diet to only eating whole foods (nothing ultra processed! Has helped a bit, as has HRT but it is still horrific 😵‍💫

@Dr_BellaR I was born in London and always lived London/South East - it’s loo all the way! If you ask for the bathroom they’ll pass you the shower gel! (Toilet is ok!)
