@serenade_sun Branding slop, they’re doing it to have something to sell alongside the movie and prop up the Zelda brand in the mainstream like they did Mario. It’s Nintendo though so it’ll probably at least be good, not sure if I’d prefer something completely different or something faithful.
This would be the next tier, but I don't feel good about calling these my "top fiction", so maybe consider this like honorable mention favorites, also unordered.
