Dobre spravy hned prvy check-in, po tyzdni rezimu strava pohyb spanok trening je dole 0.6kg sadla, 0.8kg celkom. Moje starovne bmi na zaciatku bolo 19.4, proste encyklopedicky priklad skinny fat. Svaly still the same shit, ale necakam zazraky za tri navstevy gymu. Ale bude lip 🙃
