there's a horse named Boxer in the Animal Farm it's the textbook definition of a hard worker. it put in all the major work constructing a wind mill. it put it an extra work, speeding up the completion of the farm work. it even adapted slogans such as "boss is always right" and "I'm a hard worker" it did all it could, above and beyond to work towards the collective goals of the farm, never taking rest and caring about itself. few years later, it's body stopped supporting it. it collapsed on the farm with a leg injury. that's just one year before it's retirement. it was put on a van promising that it shall be given world class treatment, when in reality, it was taken to the slaughter house. it did it all for nothing at the end. the very own boss who it worked for, sent it to the slaughter house to die. can you see any parallels? are you over working for someone that don't even know you? are you taking it too serious that you dismiss everything else? your personal life and health? if so, pls don't be a boxer.

if you remember the good days, you can get through the bad days with ease. that's the importance of gratitude 🙏 be grateful for your healthy body. you're waking up, walking on your 2 legs without any support, eating all that's available without any issues, having good clothes to wear and a shelter that's protecting you from sun and rain. what's else do we want?? everything else is a bonus.

@madan_roopesh it's walking for me. no way I'm just playing without walking in a day. it's my stress buster. it's equivalent to meditation. my source of happiness and hope
