The 2025 Nobel prize in physics has gone to John Clarke, Michel Devoret and John Martinis for their work on superconducting quantum chips, which has helped inform the creation of today's quantum computers. newscientist.com/article/249905…
The Nobel Prize was just given to three American scientists for work on quantum tunneling back in the 80s that laid the groundwork for the mind blowing progress on quantum setting the stage for Tellus AI and other quantum companies.
