VADパラメータの最適化結果！ 最適化前は、EN,JA問わずjavadが１位だったが、 最適化後は、EN→ webrtc、JA→ TenVADが最適に！ tenvadに至ってはパラメータ修正で3.8%もスコアを上げてる！すげー (JAvadは仕様の問題で最適化できず...)
