Agreed w/ Malcolm more then Ben, but the way that conversation went in terms of each other’s disposition toward one another…that’s the problem. Why can’t we do better, twitter? We have to do better.

@PatrickSvitek Dems need to be a big tent party! I don’t agree with his vote on this issue, but Rep. Pacheco is an excellent representative! Respectfully, I think the local party made a mistake by censuring him.

@PatrickSvitek Rep. Pacheco has one vote that is not in line w/the Democratic party platform. But he’s been chair of the local party & votes with Dems in the TX legislature the majority of the time. The purity test censure non-sense is what Trumplicans are doing to Romney, Cheney, etc.
