@ASOS_Au I’ve had to have THREE long winded conversations with your CS team, where it would seem they ALL lead me to believe I just had to wait for the new order to arrive before my refund would be actioned... and now you turn around and say ‘tough luck’! Seriously?!!

Why @ASOS_Au WHY would you get rid of Premier Delivery services??? That’s the number one factor I considered when placing my orders every month with you (more often than not multiple times a month) 😫😭😫
