@Nerdcognito To my understanding , alignments were a tool to couple chars to gods. Gods represent absolute concepts and therefore have absolute alignment. To quantify how in-line a char is with a god, it has to have an alignment. So if gods are not relevant in a game, neither is alignment.

I recently tried out the Daggerhear p&p rpg and liked it a lot. One of my fellow players remarked, how pointless the pronouns section on the character sheet was. That got me thinking: Why would elves, faries, robots or frogs use the same pronouns as humans?

@lorahmoe The first step to cheating is never cheating by itself, but it's always a conscious decision. The potential cheater is looking for something (attention, confirmation, sex, ...) and doesn't want to talk to their partner about it.

Everyone feels and experiences their life differently and has different wishes and hopes. It's tough to find out WHY someone feels the way they do, but we should at least try to emphasize.

@LiamCristiano @nvk The shown device only works when the baby is already way down the birth canal. There are many situation, where you cannot even allow the second stage of birth to begin. In those cases, a c-section is the only way.

@aki_korhonen @MyLordBebo I'd say understanding differences in body composition, depending on where your origins are, is important. It can help treating problems and may have impact on nutrition. Most of medicine is tailored to white people and we don't even know what negative effects that might have.

@LarsSivertsvik @oelma__ What does "not biologically innate" even mean in that context? We are literally 100% biology. So the only thing that's not biological about people could be their ideas and believes and there isn't really any meteric to compare who is better at those.
