Happy World Cup Final day! I just moved to New York and Manhattan, the Hudson River, and New Jersey are literally my backyard. The match is happening very close by. Yet I still decided to enjoy the game from my living room. Wearing something from both teams as good sportsmanship, even though I am supporting Messi and Argentina all the way! Let the best team win! I’m American but grew up in Brisbane, Australia. The World Cup is something I grew up with and have watched ever since I was a child. I loved watching people from all over the world discover and fall in love with our country. The USA has been an incredible host along with Mexico and Canada. It’s amazing how these games brought the world together for a month. We should do this more often. I moved from Tennessee to New York during this World Cup and drove with my furry babies so it was fun seeing World Cup tourists on their road trips at the same time at the same stopovers.

Finally set up my actual TV after moving to New York but I kept up with all World Cup matches during the entire move from Nashville in between packing, road trips, and designing the new place. 😂 I’ve been watching since I was a child and my top teams are the USA, the Netherlands (next time!!!), and Argentina. Happy 250th birthday America! All across the USA we are celebrating 250 years of America’s independence, remembering history through all the actions taken place throughout the years. Today as we enjoy, we must remember all the sacrifices made throughout time to make this day possible as the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. I celebrate this day with gratitude, appreciation, and love for all the sacrifices made by our past inhabitants, so today we can all race, color, and religion, stand side by side and celebrate as one nation for all. My gift for all the sacrifices of the past inhabitants is my book The Olive Tree Estate based during a very special historical time when our past inhabitants fought through the Civil War. As I celebrate from my new home in New York, I want all of you to travel time and visit Nashville, Tennessee during the Civil War through The Olive Tree Estate. Happy Fourth of July!

I just moved from Nashville, Tennessee to a land, a place, I had avoided for years. Yet the land kept calling me. So this time, I overcame all my fears and followed my destiny. The stars above the skies aligned and guided me to the riverbanks of the Hudson River. It is not just the land but it is the river who had called and invited me to come and give her a chance. So here I am as I know my future home too waits for me by the Hudson River. Until I find my future home, I love this serene place my furry boys and I now call our home! New York has been waiting for us. 🙏

Pain and sufferings of the victims of the Civil War have spread wisdom throughout the world to never forget humanity. Toddy you can awaken your inner humanity through, The Olive Tree Estate, a Southern Gothic based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mistakes committed during the American Civil War did not weaken the resilient descendants of the victims. The message was kept as a reminder of resilience never to be forgotten. Erasing the historical periods from texts won’t erase the pain and sufferings that had taken place. Yet acknowledging the historical events will ease the burden and prevent another mistake from ever happening again. Read The Olive Tree Estate and remember like Olivia and Olivier, the past inhabitants are reborn over and over again to retell their side of the history.

Never forget Juneteenth! A historical time when human dignity was restored through freedom. The American Civil War reminds the world how humanity was forgotten as humans suffered at the hands of other humans through brutality. History was made by awakened courageous humans who stood up for human dignity. Let’s all remember this day and never forget as history can’t be erased for history was made. My part in remembering the Civil War and reminding everyone to never forget is through the pages of my book. Within my book, Olivia a freed slave woman and Olivier the white master of the Cumberland River Plantation fought through the Civil War to unite for love. I stand with all the victims of the Civil War and the victims of all race, color, and religious discrimination today. Forever my voice will be with humanity. The Olive Tree Estate is out now!
