@thsottiaux a governed implementation mode for Codex that forces scope declaration, authority checking, risk review, gate awareness, suppression discipline, and self-review before handoff, so complex changes are more likely to go green on the first PR review.
@github Your account suspension reinststement form requires a login to access it... can't log in if you've blocked access.. so.. can't sumbit your form ... so how do people go about getting their account re-instated?
Can someone please have a look at issue #15305 for Codex CLI? `/review` -> `Review uncommitted changes` spawns a review sub-agent that does not inherit the active TUI Full Access/runtime override, so review falls back to the sandboxed path and breaks. @OpenAIDevs @thsottiaux
