@FlyFrontier @Frontier Your vouchers don’t cover airline food and your bag policy states you don’t check bags to other than the destination so if this ain’t refunded DOT will hear about violations to your carrier agreement. And I won’t except a voucher cus yknow… the joke about airline food .

@flyfrontier @flyfrontier charged $100 for PDX and $200 for both our bags from DEN to PHL… they literally extorted us, knowing the situation and knowing we had to make it on time to PHL, it’s not policy to charge per leg for carry on, but they argued til the door was about to close AND
