Today, I decided to touch some grass for most of the day and figured, what the hell, lets see how many people are in protest of the "nothing burger" that was posted and see how many people were streaming Sea of Thieves. To my surprise, some of the most "outraged" people, that were in "complete protest" are, in fact, streaming the game. I'm confused. We are for once all united in protest, wanting some reform/change with how things are handled for the future and for certain people to be held accountable for the vile thing that happened in our beloved Sea of Thieves. By streaming the game, you weaken the leverage of the collective group (the community) efforts allowing Rare to continue operations and ultimately undermine what this could of achieved. Because you would rather have some good metrics for your Twitch, there is an increased likelihood that nothing will change. You are showing them (Rare), they have all the bargaining chips and power. That no matter what happens, you will still play/stream their game. "But Mix? The Charity Efforts!?" Choose to support whichever charity you believe in, but seriously, do it in a different game there are thousands to choose from. Even if its just for one day. I think we can all avoid playing Sea of Thieves for a bit.

He may be banned, but this is not over. Bruno was elevated to Boatswain because certain individuals brought his name up to the Community Management team for promotion in the first place. He was then further endorsed by various Boatswains, Mods, and Community Managers. Some of whom KNEW about Bruno’s inappropriate jokes and behavior toward a minor, yet still gave their approval without even looking into whether @HeSlashThem was fit to represent the Sea of Thieves community. @j0toro, @Taaaaamas, and @mopwielder were aware of these concerns, but chose to dismiss them as “drama” while defending the situation with statements like “people can learn and grow” or “we shouldn’t let bullies dictate which way we go” Framing concerns about inappropriate behavior toward a minor simply as “drama” while labeling those raising concerns about it as “nasty voices” is concrete proof that these people helping lead a major community like #SeaOfThieves, lack the experience and professionalism needed for their roles. Again, to be abundantly clear, this is not directed at every Mod, Boatswain, or CM. This is directed at those who happen to be these, but have repeatedly shown poor judgment, awful behavior, and forever damaged the image of Sea of Thieves in the process. The boatswain system needs to go. Elevating regular players into this strange in-between role, where they act as representatives of the game (while having friendships with members of Rare’s team) creates this super confusing and unhealthy dynamic that allows players to be in positions they don't need to be in in the first place. Not everyone who speaks against you is a bad person, and not everyone who stands beside you is a good one. People raise concerns because they genuinely care about the game and its community. Others go along with the status quo simply to stay close to Rare, maintain influence, or protect their position. That behavior needs to end. Immediately. So, until the Community Managers and Mods involved step down from their roles at @RareLtd & @SeaOfThieves, I cannot view this community as the safe and welcoming space it once was. Make your voices known. Unapologetically stand up to this behavior.

Planning for similar future events. This isn't conspiracy. This is documentated, and it's still happening. You have never seen evil like this before. It makes combat look civilized. @S0nicbob I had a thought about the new custom servers: If the "cinematic camera" could be a 4 person "crew" in the custom server list before launching, it would allow for a full 6 ship server and a group of casters for events and tournaments. As it is right now for such events, taking from @CutlassCrusades, the casters and rowboaters crew on a galleon that parks at the hideout. If they had the option to have the rowboaters on a sloop, and the casters and staff in the cinema camera "crew", it would allow for smoother casting and overall a much more entertaining experience for viewers. Additionally, the cinema camera having an option to snap to all players individually on the server for critical moments in a fight would be an amazing feature to tack onto the idea above
