For EOS: → Apollo HELW already on the €71.4M Dutch prototype contract (August 2025, first export order) → Apollo capability set already covers kinetic drone defeat AND sensor denial out to 15 km, the exact two products named in the Dutch plans → EOS ATLAS, EOS's autonomous transportable anti-satellite tracking and targeting telescope system, fits the kind of sovereign space-warfare capability the Dutch SCC is being built for → Schwer has flagged a multi-system Apollo follow-on with the Dutch. The new budget is the funding instrument. The HELW acquisition is real, the budget is being released, and EOS is the only company on a Dutch HELW contract today.

An interview with Andreas Schwer by Capital, conducted in late 2025, reveals a lot about the use cases of the German and Dutch facilities that are about to open. Schwer states that the decision to settle in Germany has been made, and that the search for a property was underway and expected to conclude at the end of 2025, with the facility set to open in mid 2026, which lines up perfectly with what Schwer said at Eurosatory. The stated use cases for the laser facility are producing for the German market and exporting to a European neighbour, most likely the Netherlands for the follow-on order that is supposed to come before delivery of the system ordered in 2025. On production speed, Schwer says EOS can deliver up to 10 systems within the first 18 months, then 2 to 3 systems per month after that. Whether this is the capacity of the future German facility or of the Singapore facility, which also was not open at that point, is unclear. On German demand for Apollo, Schwer revealed some previously unknown details. At the time of the interview, EOS was not yet involved in any German procurement programs, which we know has since been resolved, as EOS handed an offer of 10 Apollos to Pistorius in March. In an old WELT interview from 2025 with Andreas Schwer, the space angle gets a lot more context. Going off other Schwer interviews, I previously assumed the French had nudged EOS to enter their market with Apollo for C-UAS, since the French alternative CILAS is much slower and significantly underpowered. This article provides the context to conclude that the French angle is specifically about Atlas, EOS' anti-satellite laser, though I would not rule out EOS soon entering the French DE C-UAS market as well. Schwer also mentions that the big European powers are each developing their own sovereign space-defence capability, because they do not want to share the know-how with countries that could become rivals in a few decades. For EOS this is a clear positive, as the absence of a shared European space capability likely means more Atlas sales into a variety of European countries. I read a few very interesting articles about $EOS.AX today, one newer and two older, and the content is well worth sharing: In an interview by Shephard Media, conducted during Eurosatory, an unnamed EOS representative revealed some very interesting new details. During the Iran war, not a single threat was able to penetrate MARSS' systems. Off the back of this wartime performance, MARSS secured a $115m order in May from an existing customer, and the representative said more news from existing customers is coming in the weeks ahead. An important reminder: on the capital-raise call in May, Schwer stated that MARSS is going to sign a $100m and a $300m contract in the Middle East in the next 6 to 12 months. The $100m order specifically comes from an existing customer. Securing this contract within the next couple of weeks would be vastly ahead of schedule, but I do not think it is impossible, considering the speed at which MARSS secured the $115m order in May. shephardmedia.com/news/landwarfa…
