@wpgeye We must consider ascetics, access routes, City bylaws, underground services, traffic patterns, visibility, security, School Division permissions and more in our advice. And in the end, it is up to the client.

@wpgeye Pouring a cement pad is cost prohibitive for most schools and businesses. Getting a safe place to lock up is the priority, and if it has to be on grass then it requires a hand shovel to clear it during the winter.

Special thanks goes to @WoodcockCycle and #winnipegrackworks for the installation of our new bike rack and bike service station @GordonBellHigh. Current student and gardening helper Elvis was the first to use. It’s available to all, located on just off our greenspace.
