To add context and to be fair to founders reading the thread, the 2 founders who got funded from Think9: - The Good Bug co-founder: Keshav Biyani (Nephew of Kishore Biyani) - Super You co-founder: Nikunj Biyani (son of Kishore Biyani) Not trying to suggest anything adverse but helps to show founders the complete story Also, why does the FAQ on The Foundery suggest that co-founders will receive upto 25% in the business? (suggesting 75% is with investors) ? is it per co-founder or is there a typo?

2021: "Which beauty brand should I invest in?" 2026: "Who manufactures all of them?" Seeing more "done-it-for-you" businesses become institutional investment opportunities. Zetwerk did it for manufacturing. Naturis Cosmetics which manufactures for brands like Plum, Pilgirm, Plum, Nykaa closed FY 26 with INR 250-300 Crs. Best part - it is based out of Jammu!! In a gold rush, don't sell. Sell shovels and spades.

Few thoughts on CRED/Shah/Meta/Whatsapp 1. If Kunal Shah left CRED for Whatsapp without Meta putting in a significant sum in CRED, it would have looked like jumping a sinking ship. Shah must have pushed for the investment as part of the deal, especially with IPO plans looming

10/ Obviously, demergers don't create value automatically. But they allow the market to discover value. Sometimes the whole is worth less than the sum of the parts. Vedanta's demerger suggests exactly that. ₹3.03 lakh crore as one company. ₹3.52 lakh crore as five. That's the power of capital markets.
