@Steve19594137 @SprucePower They would waive all fees if I signed up for direct billing they would waive all fees. When I told them that because there were many complaints of mischarging I won’t do that. They said that would not be my experience. Yeah, right!!!

@SprucePower what a dumpster fire. My bill arrives monthly the week it is due and get late fee. Call in and they will waive the late fee from last month but I have to pay the $4.75 “convenience fee” so I am “making out ahead”. Gotta be breaking laws! Run away from these crooks.
