Or, we have to normalize it, celebrate being silent/ced decorative items in some privileged ones’ diversity portfolio, “fit-in,” stay quiet about our lived experiences, & don’t disturb the status quo with our voice so that the academia “accepts” me (& we’re no longer us). (2/4)
