🔴🇫🇷ALERTE - Marine #LePen est déclarée coupable de détournements de fonds publics et de complicité, elle est considérée comme l’instigatrice avec une responsabilité plus grande, elle est condamnée à 100.000 € d’amende, 3 ans de prison dont 2 ans avec sursis, la partie ferme sous surveillance électronique, et une inéligibilité de 45 mois dont 30 mois avec sursis. Cette peine est donc exécutée. Elle peut donc être candidate à la présidentielle, mais peut-être avec un bracelet électronique... Le #RN en tant que personne morale est déclaré coupable, il est condamné à une amende de 2 millions d’€ dont 1 million avec sursis, et à la confiscation de 1 million d’€ déjà saisi. Pour ce qui est de l’action civile, le Parlement européen est reconnu en tant que partie civile, et les condamnés devront lui verser solidairement une somme de 1,9 million d’€. Fernand Le Rachinel, Bruno Gollnisch, Louis Aliot, Nicolas Crochet (expert-comptable), Guillaume L’Huillier, Nicolas Bay, Julien Odoul, Wallerand de Saint-Just, Timothée Houssin et Catherine Griset ont également été condamnés. Les faits se sont étalés sur une longue période allant de 2004 à 2016, et le préjudice global des détournements d’argent public est évalué à 4,4 millions d’€. (Mediapart)
