Airbnb Bedding: Cotton vs Microfiber Sheets Cotton while the comfiest is about 3 times the cost of microfiber. More importantly microfiber sheets dry 3-4 times faster then cotton and you can dry them in large loads which is great for Airbnbs with 3 bedrooms or more.

People recommend you publicly respond to bad reviews on your Airbnb listing. I don’t because I think that draws more attention to it and some bad reviews start off with good things to say about the listing and some people don’t read past the first few sentences.

Conveying the layout of your STR is important. It can be conveyed through detailed photos or even a layout drawing if the home. People want to know where restroom and bedroom locations are in respect to everything.

Ways I’ve gotten Airbnb reviews removed: 1) Call the individual and apologize sincerely. Ask them to remove the review. (Most successful way I’ve found) 2) Someone else booked the Airbnb but didn’t stay in it but left you a bad review. You can get Airbnb to remove the review
