Bitch is… Dave wasn’t even “Van Halen”… Eddie was Van Halen. Dave was a great front man. Big part of the thing no doubt. Without Ed there would be no point. He did the thing with Vai… some cool tunes. Vai, Sheehan & Bissonette was the draw there. But he was definitely able to front bands. Not so much anymore. He can do what he wants. But to go out with a cover band now and barely sing the songs. Not really buying it 😅

I remember the first time I time I walked into the Spectrum as a kid…it was a couple years later on an Easter Sunday. Afternoon game. I was clueless at the time… to see the ice for the 1st time was just the coolest thing. Pretty sure they played Chicago and lost 6-2😅 Years later when they showed highlight reels on national TV game intros… Pat Stapleton shot from the blue line and scored on the Flyers… I was like… hey I was at that game! 😅 Spectrum had a cool vibe though. Saw lots of hockey and concerts there…🏟️

@Hot_Pepper76 Patty Smyth did a solo record after Scandal. Great Album… good players…. Good songs. Not a bad song on the record. She is a great singer. That album had the tune she did with Don Henley. Good song but not even the best one on that record.

Yeah there was Scandal… but that solo album she did that had the Don Henley collaboration was a great record. “Sometimes Love” wasn’t even the best song. Every song on that record is a good song. Good players, good delivery. And @PattySmyth is a great singer. I still pop that record on once in a while…💿🤘
