Citibank คือ Call center โทรหาติด แบ่ง tier บัตรชัดเจน และระยะเวลาการรอสายก็ชัดเจน คนส่วนมากโทรไปเป็นเรื่องบัตรเครดิตมากกว่า ส่วนเรื่องการลงทุนจะโทรหา RM ตรงอยู่แล้ว พอมาเป็น UOB ทุกอย่างรวมศูนย์หมด เรื่องบัตรเครดิตไปปนกับ retail banking ทีนี้คือโทรหารอ 30 นาทีโดนตัดสายรัวๆ
คุณเพิ่มพนักงาน 3 เท่า แต่คุณมีเวลา 2 ปีในการเตรียมการ เคสนี้ควรเป็นกรณีศึกษาในหนังสือเรียนได้เลย เคส M&A ที่ล้มเหลว

สวัสดีตอนเช้าครับทุกคน เมื่อคืนดรณ์เห็นหลายๆคนที่ตามจาก X เข้ามากดไลค์ภาพนี้ใน IG ซึ่งต้องบอกก่อนว่าดีใจมากๆเลยที่ทุกคนชอบภาพนี้ครับ❤️ ขอเล่าถึงภาพนี้หน่อยแล้วกัน ภาพนี้ดรณ์ถ่ายเมื่อช่วงเดือนกุมภาที่ผ่านมาครับ ซึ่งโดยปกติมุมนี้เราจะเห็นดวงอาทิตย์ตกหลังองค์พระได้สองช่วงคือ เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ และ ตุลาคม ครับ ส่วนมากจะช่วงอาทิตย์ที่ 2 ของเดือน ซึ่งทำให้ภาพนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งภาพที่ดรณ์และช่างภาพหลายๆคนถ่ายแล้วชอบมากๆ มันดูมีมนต์ขลังแบบพิเศษมากๆครับ ภาพนี้ถ่ายจากสะพานลอยตรงถนนลาดหญ้าครับ😊
ถ้าคิดไม่ออกว่า ฝุ่นPM2.5 ระดับ 371 เป็นยังไง...เป็นอย่างงี้ค่ะ ลาก่อนปอดกู คนภาคเหนือต้องโดนทอดทิ้งกันไปถึงไหน ปัญหาฝุ่นไม่ถึงกรุงเทพ ก็คือไม่เดือดร้อนถูกมั้ย ถึงกรุงเทพวันนึงขึ้นเทรนทวิต แต่คนเชียงใหม่ทนมากี่เดือนกี่ปีแล้วอะ ไหนอะ? เมื่อไหร่? ต้องให้คนตายจากมะเร็งปอดอีกกี่คน
กับคำว่า "เรียนจบที่ไหนก็เหมือนๆกัน" ในไทยเรื่อง Diversity Equity & Inclusion ส่วนใหญ่พูดเรื่อง Gender เรื่องที่ไม่ค่อยพูดถึงแต่ในไทยมีอยู่มาก คือ เรื่องการศึกษา นามสกุล พื้นฐานทางเศรษฐกิจ และรูปร่างหน้าตา
กราฟนี้สำคัญนะครับ มันหลายประเด็นในกราฟเดียว ตั้งแต่เรื่องผังเมืองตาม ส.ส.แบงค์ว่า ไปจนถึงเรื่องดอกเบี้ย ประเทศไทยเราเป็นประเทศที่เรียกว่า "mortgage interest prone" หรือการปรับดอกขึ้น คือคนไทยที่ผ่อนบ้านอยู่ ตายครับ ผมเห็นด้วยกับรัฐบาล @Thavisin @PheuThaiParty เรื่องปรับดอกลง ณ เวลานี้ มันถึงเวลาแล้ว เรื่องปรับดอกลงแล้วกลัวไปก่อหนี้เพิ่ม มันเกี่ยวข้องกันจริง แต่มันเป็นปัญหาอีกมิติครับ
