Buried? If you wanted me to answer heaven or hell that I cannot answer. The Torah says: "The hidden things belong unto the Lord our God; but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this Torah". Deuteronomy 29:28 Rabbi Jesus argued with the Rabbis on many fine points of the law, but he himself as a rule kept the laws as did the Jews of his time. There is also no reason to believe the later stories of those after his death who attributed deranged teachings in the make of Rabbi Jesus that he claimed he was a literal son of God. He may have claimed to be the long awaited messiah, but this claim in of itself is not necessarily a sin. So where is he? Only the One and True God, who chose the nation of Israel as his eternal servant, and promised over and over in the Torah to never abrogate the covenant knows. In the meantime let Rabbi Jesus rest in peace and let his wayward followers return to worship the true God in accordance with the 7 Laws of Noah.

We observe in the exact way the Torah demands it by "afflicting" with a 24.5 hour fast and by refraining from all constructive/destructive activities. As you see from Leviticus 23:27-32 two issues are stressed over and over. 1. The affliction which is the. Fast from evening to evening - the punishment for failing is being spiritually cut off from Israel. 2. Refraining from all forbidden "melacha" or constructive/ destructive activities. Also from evening to evening. The punishment for failing to follow this is "total spiritual destruction." While the fire offering is mentioned one time in these verses - the extreme spiritual punishments for not fasting or refraining from melacha are not associated with failing to do this. Today as we do not have a Temple, we are precluded from this holy service of the day - we are left only with the fast and melacha prohibitions - which are for all generations to observe. ------------------------------ " But on the tenth of this seventh month, it is a day of atonement, it shall be a holy occasion for you; you shall afflict yourselves, and you shall offer up a fire offering to the Lord. You shall not perform any melacha (constructive/destructive acts) on that very day, for it is a day of atonement, for you to gain atonement before the Lord, your God. For any person who will not be afflicted (fast) on that very day, shall be cut off from its people. And any person who performs any melacha on that very day I will destroy that person from amidst its people. You shall not perform any melacha.
