@tottinge My team deploys dark with a feature toggle, then turn it on once marketing has released it officially. Our features are also sliced vertically so we dodge most awkward functionality handoffs that could delay the go-live.

@kingdomdeath does the PotS location "The Sun" restrict heavy items from being worn? I.e. Rolling Armor? I know a clarification was made to say it didn't include heavy weapons but my group was unsure if the wording meant "no wearing anything heavy" or just "no heavy armor".

@terrajobst I finished paying mine off about two months ago. The relief I felt was unreal. I'd be overjoyed if others could have that same relief without the years of anxiety and stress that preceded mine.

@tottinge I'm with you there, I like a lot that she excluded the quick fix when she went back to do the right fix. Shows recognition that stop gap work can complicate the path to a long term solution.

@tottinge There was a methodology that got forwarded (and I sent to Mike R) called ShapeUp where they accurately called their estimation phase "betting". That one really resonated with me, forces the people requesting the work to recognize there are factors that can't be controlled.

@PlayDauntless Lot of great improvements, def what I needed to go from tepid interest to invested. Absolutely some bugs to work out, and while the UI overhaul is a good step it still is janky here and there.
