Hey Wa, Looks like the Somali daycare scam in WA works like this. A Somali registers for a "daycare" for up to say, 20 kids. Then they only take their own 5 kids and bill the state to the tune of $100'000's per year. Then they make generous political donations to Democrats and Somali candidates for office. Of course the legislator must "represent" the immigrant communities of color in WA with places where the kids can see other kids like them and if you disagree your a racist.
