Its easier to deliver great #CustomerExperience than it is to recover from delivering bad ones. Also, customers don't speak by word of mouth, but rather word of mouse. Due to social media, if you do well they can tell the masses, but if you drop the ball they can tell the world.

Visited @CarlsJr and @ChickfilA today. One had 2 employees one who was working drive-thru and front pos. We got no eye contact, greetings, or warmth. The other had 10 workers. Smiles, eye contact, and "my pleasures" we're abundant. 2 billion vs. 8 billion a year. Coincidence?
