SPAC-IPO Alert 🚨 $CEPT -> $SECZ • Tokenization infrastructure firm Securitize said it expects to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange next week after securing roughly $400 million through its merger with Cantor Equity Partners II. • The SPAC-merger is expected to close coming Wednesday, with shares scheduled to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker $SECZ the following day. • Securitize is one of the largest infrastructure providers in tokenization infrastructure.
