@HandAndStoneUSA or why I owed this full upgrade fee… their explanation of the gift card is a 1 to 1 for the service makes no sense unless someone is going to give my mom a $30 refund because she paid $99.95 for that service. 5/many

@HandAndStoneUSA which was the exact opposite of the point of the service to begin with. I specifically got the upgrade because of the fact that I knew I had the $30 left for the value of the service… no one there could explain to me why they were stealing $30 from me… 4/many

@HandAndStoneUSA I loved my service & tech… but everything changed when I got to the desk. I was then told that I had to pay $40 for the upgrade and that my gift card was for the “service” not the value - which instantly stressed me out… 3/many

@HandAndStoneUSA When I arrived I gave my gift card to the receptionist and expected to have $30 to be able to tip my service provider. In my service she suggested a LED treatment for $40 which I agreed to thinking I would only have a $10 balance. 2/many
