@UPS ... you’ve benefited from overcharging duty and VAT.. you still have these funds. According to an email trail shared with me by Customs, your staff located my package in Nov and lost it again. Please end this charade! I’ve exhausted all channels. Twitter, a sad last resort.

@UPS 6 weeks chasing lost parcel, you won’t deal with me, only the shipper who won’t cooperate: they are one of your own offices! Stop telling me to contact the shipper! They won’t cooperate. Where is the assistance? Your staff will not give me an address for complaints...

@DrChrisHope @ExcludedUK @Emmabarnett In many cases, HMRC site did not allow the online application to be started so even if that is the language she wants to use, I don’t see how we were all ‘entitled’ to apply.
