Going 7.5 hours in 1 day @Xfinity and we are sitting on hold after being dropped after 1.5 hours on the phone and after going into the store earlier today and trying to get reconnected and the TV isn't still working! #xfinity

@Xfinity is horrible we've been trying to get our internet & TV set up at our new home while we are moving & maintain our current TV & internet and the experience has been horrific!! We spent 6+ hours today in the store & they still disconnected our service & left our cables out
