The incompetence at @vaemploy is still absurd. My delegate Betsy Carr’s office escalated a now 2mo issue of being locked out of their website and not being able to get a human on the phone. Only for VEC to send me this email to do WHAT I ALREADY WAS. Way to read the escalation

@cvspharmacy ya’ll really need to work on your customer service. The fact I can’t speak to the pharmacy and have to keep leaving VMs when you’re fraudulently trying to make me pay for meds that insurance has confirmed is FULLY covered is ridiculous. Im still owed from last time

@AskCapitalOne Your claims team has not provided the information despite multiple requests. I’ve been promised multiple call backs, the employer sent a letter and you’ve failed to provide any of the written communication required until federal regulations. I guess we’ll be taking this legal.

@CapitalOneBiz Sent but I don’t have much faith after multiple promised call backs never completed. Especially when a supervisor just told me when I called to try and follow up that you all plan to violate federal regulations regarding provisional credits. I’m sure the FTC will love that info

@CapitalOne is hands down the most WORTHLESS company. Claim for payroll deposit sent to the wrong acct has been going on since 4/12, my company even sent a letter to address this and despite multiple supervisors promising calls back absolutely nothing is being done
