I hate the tariffs and war but be honest. It’s not just, or even primarily, the tariffs or war. Local government education: (–50,000 jobs) was the single largest drop caused by the expiration of pandemic-era federal relief funds, declining student enrollment (Lower birth rates, increased school choice)
