Speaking the truth without love is harsh. Speaking love without truth is hollow. Biblical love refuses both extremes. We are called to speak the truth in love, not compromise the truth in the name of love. Real love cares enough to tell the truth, and real truth is delivered with grace. If truth is sacrificed, love loses its foundation. If love is sacrificed, truth loses its witness. "But, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ" (Ephesians 4:15). ‍

Discouragement is real, but it doesn't have to be your ruler. The psalmist teaches us that when our feelings are pulling us down, we must preach God's truth to our souls. We often hope our circumstances will change, but our greater hope is that God doesn't change. "Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; For I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance and my God" (Psalm 42:11).

Being a Christian is more than carrying Christ's name, it is reflecting Christ's nature. The more we meditate on God's Word, the more His character is formed in us and displayed through us. Some people may never read a Bible, but they will read your life. Make sure what they see points them to Jesus. "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves" (James 1:22).

Pride has a way of convincing us that we don't need God, don't need correction, and don't need anyone else's help. It lifts us up in our own eyes while blinding us to our own weaknesses. Humility, on the other hand, keeps us teachable, dependent on God, and grounded in truth. The higher pride lifts a person, the harder the fall, but humility walks securely with the Lord. "When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom" (Proverbs 11:2). ‍

The world tells you to look within yourself for truth. God tells you to look beyond yourself to Him. Feelings change, culture shifts, and opinions evolve, but God's Word remains fixed and trustworthy. Don't build your life on what is popular today, build it on what will still be true a thousand years from now. We often ask God for strength to do great things, but sometimes the greatest strength is simply refusing to quit. Faithfulness is not measured only by how high we soar, but by how consistently we walk when the road is hard. Keep walking by faith. The One who called you is the One who will sustain you. "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" (Galatians 6:9).

The issue isn’t whether Mormonism uses Christian language. The issue is whether Mormonism teaches Christian truth. A different god always leads to a different gospel.
