Today might be the 20th anniversary of the Nerd's first on-screen appearance (Episode 2, Jekyll & Hyde). The digital file on the script says June 15, 2004. It's possible I could have filmed it that same day.
People complaining about java not being suitable for cli commands because too slow still uses maven, Gradle, ant etc. which are clis written in java. The true value of a cli is not in startup time but in the utility value it brings. But yes, add native image and you will be fine :)

@maxandersen @jbangdev Do not use JMeter for any testing really. Even though it's easy for simple tests it creates bad habits. Use @hyperfoil instead 😉

The problem with switch statements and if/else chains is that they replicate like gerbils. If you aren't careful to sequester them in the early stages of your project, you'll find them reproducing in every corner of your application.

Re-running failed jobs seems to "fix" the issue (it sometimes takes 2-3 re-runs to get the pipeline green)
@githubstatus I am experiencing problems with actions. Multiple of my pipelines give me the warning "An image label with the label Ubuntu22 does not exist." and the runs show as cancelled, e.g. here: github.com/quarkiverse/qu… is this a general problem?
