Damjan Stevović, currently in his fourth year of undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Graphics in Belgrade, Serbia, has established himself as a dynamic and multifaceted artist and coordinator. His academic journey is marked by dedication to both his personal artistic practice and the enrichment of his academic community. In December 2023, Damjan played a pivotal role in the highly successful "ART Market" exhibition, showcasing the talents of over 60 students. As a dedicated member of the Student Parliament, he demonstrated exceptional skills in brand development and art direction. His expertise in social media management led to a significant increase in online engagement and visibility. He also plays a key role in organizing the annual FLU exhibition. Awarded the Scholarship for Exceptionally Gifted Students by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia twice in a row, in 2023 and 2024, Damjan's outstanding talent and academic achievements are well recognized. Damjan's artistic portfolio is extensive, with solo exhibitions like "Unlimited" in Belgrade and participation in numerous international group exhibitions, including "Imagine" and "Meeting Up" with the Grafein Foundation in Amsterdam, as well as various biennials and triennials across Europe and South America. Damjan Stevović is a dedicated and talented individual whose contributions to the arts and his academic community have been both profound and impactful. His blend of creative prowess with organizational and strategic skills positions him as a promising figure in the field of fine arts. This NFT collection was initially conceived as a physical artwork, created using UV printing on a copper plate. The copper plate, traditionally used as a matrix for etching in graphic arts, serves here as the medium, merging the digital world with the traditional. The artwork questions the nature of creation: does an artwork represent the act of execution, or is the essence of artistic expression found in the technique used? In this case, the motifs are graphically developed using digital media, achieving a contemporary reinterpretation of classical forms. Copper introduces a noble quality to the work, without which the piece would lose its significance and weight. Each stage in this process can be viewed as a separate work, which ultimately merges into a single entity. The motifs of sins emerged from a deep examination of human beliefs, which, influenced by the modern and rapid evolution of the human race, are subject to change. In today's world, these sins can no longer be viewed in a traditional manner; they have become an integral part of human nature and personality, not necessarily in a negative context.
