How easy to become paranoid, to wonder what others might be saying about us. This can be present in and outside our relationship; at its core is fear! Jesus continually exhorted the Twelve, “do not be afraid…every hair on your head has been counted”. bit.ly/2v5xioh

Priests offer sacrifice. Jesus as a Priest, sacrificed Himself on the Cross. Baptism made us ‘sharers’ in Christ’s Priesthood. At Mass, we join in His sacrifice, and pray for ourselves and others. So, ‘serve the Lord with gladness’, counting our blessings. bit.ly/2v5xioh

In today’s readings we hear of something new and exciting in the young Church. When we wed, we had excitement and trepidation for our future. But as with the disciples the Spirit of the risen Lord was with us since becoming “Little Church” at our wedding. bit.ly/2v5xioh
